This is just a thought fellas but with the introduction of the two AFL teams into the WAFL this season i feel the demons should as a good will gesture relocate to Medibank and share with the loins. The Royals with their alignment to the West Coast will more than likely want their own oval and lathlain, eftel, brownes wolud be a perfect location. The bonus is that the Vic Park council will more than likely preserved one of the traditional grounds, the demon could find their bank account looking a little bit brighter and the ground will once again see success. What are your thoughts :woohoo:

i think lathlain is just a terrific ground ive always felt that.
hopefully footy never leaves there. would be a very good venue for
2 clubs. but maybe it wont ever happen that way.
I couldn’t agree moe jardine. Plenty of parking, room for development if you have the money. The west coast, royals and loins all at one oval seem a bit tight. The dockers walk straight into a redevelopment ground and a team they can take by the scruff of the next and mould to their liking. Watch out the other 7 teams of the comp Peel will be no easy beats going forward. Oh brb I reckon the new burswood site would be perfect for the budgies and your filthy footy team. It was a rubbish tip once after all and besides if you sell outs came to lathlain you would probably only give it away to a bloody soccer team!
