Perth Colts 2026

Perth have a West Coast father-son Will Jones from South Perth. Can only think of Rowan Jones and I think there was a Brad Jones. Think this kid who’s only 16 might be Rowan Jones kid.

Well done to them by the way having a win albeit against a winless Peel colts. Bit to like in terms of height but shocking disposal. Dunlop 16 and 200cm got a bit of agro in him, Cody Lee big lad down back clunked a few 193cm, James Vogels 193cm, Kane Darmody listed as 185cm but looks taller and there’s one in the budget Tait Dalton 196cm from Belmont. McDonald’s must be adding some growth hormones in their beef patties these days.

Wonder if young Tait Dalton is any relation to the great Patty Dalton?

They’re young boys and they Won.

But I do hope they don’t have to watch a Replay of tonight.

If they do,they can make the assessment on whether they thought it was painfull or not,…

We got our noses over the line late, but we gave Peel a way back, when we should have parcelled it up,with 5 minutes to go.

Or Barry or Don

The commentator kept referring to him as son of Rowan.

Hope he has got more footy smarts than his old man.

Only player I have ever seen run past the ball to zone off on an opponent.

I think we should concentrate on your top line here mate.

They are young and they won

Colts footy so plenty to learn but to be honest it was better than the week before so i think its more well done to the colts on their first win.

Yes,Well Done Again to our Colts boys.

But I suspect this is a transition year somehow.Hope i’m wrong and they get better.

But I don’t think they’ll get past Claremont,South Fremantle and East Fremantle to be honest ,even allowing for Teal Cup and Alcock Cup affecting those Clubs. *

If we lose a few in that time frame,it tends to hit us harder than them.

Will keep supporting the boys, even when the Club has something going in Round 20,whilst we’re still in Joondalup that night.

My apologies for not being there on Friday.Going to Mandurah twice was a bridge too far,but next year I might be able to do so,assuming Peel and the WAFC fixture us in again for Friday Night.

  • Then again,if Claremont have all 9 State 18 Squad Members playing SA,a few others playing for Scotch,Hale and Christ Church, our boys are a fair chance.
Moreso, with Aquinas having the PSA Bye that Weekend.
One Colts Fixture for R&B to keep an eye out for!

Nice WIN yesterday by 40 Points against East Perth!

Reckon after East Perth kicked the 1st Goal of the game, our boys set the tone for the rest of it,even when the Royals came after us hard in the 3rd.

If there’s a Replay of this game, watch out for Mark of the Year contender in the 1st.It’s a RIPPER!
