A note to members who do a bit of travelling overseas you may have noticed this forum is not accessible. After much discussion with the previous owner Mike Copley he has convinced me it is not worth the risk to make this site accessible from certain countries that are known to attack western forums with spam and viruses.
There are some first world countries that ozfooty is accessible from but I have taken Mike’s advice until I am convinced tighter security is available to prevent attacks to this site, the current restrictions will remain in place.

So third world countries like New Zealand are blocked?

While talking about the thank you mode here, but is it possible to see who actually gives the thank you to the poster?I am not sure if there is already a way to see who does it or not.
Ok…i can see Dirty Weekender on your first post at the bottom …maybe not available to the receiver then…also can see other peoples thanking each other. Maybe others on here can indicate if they are aware of who has appreciated their input.
Ok a/m it seems the people that have thank you only shows up on the post it was given. For example if you look at mikeh post on page 5 of Gremar topic you will see he has recieved a few thank you’s with names showing but on his other posts it only shows how many.
I looked at your profile and there is a thank you tab showing how many thank you given and how many recieved and where they are. I’m not sure if you can see that tab. Let me know if you cannot.
Hi admin, is there any reason why uploads of newspaper pics are not permitted as I have tried with WAFL pics several times and it only rejects the newspaper scans for some reason. Copyright? Or is it the size of the pic? I`m not a tech man so I have zero clue why
Sorry to be a bit general here Swandog but not sure of the exact size but generally speaking if you can reduce the file size of your image to Kb not Mb it should upload. I recently downloaded an application called Reduce Photo Size and seems to work well. Hope this helps.
