While generally disillusioned about all things WAFC, I am glad to see that it seems we can watch live stream video of WAFL games this year? I won’t get to excited too early though until I see it work and be maintained.
This weekend it looks like all games have some sort of coverage. Glad to see the FRS guys included. I watched a few of their broadcasts last year and they were generally quite good.
The footy budget is available online too - 48 pages worth. Good signs
Yeh FRS is great except of their commentators needs to do his homework. Watched a replay of the Perth v SF game in round 9 last year, that incredible climax to the WAFL season that saw Subi drop out, EP go in for about 2 hours before Perth pulled off the upset of the season.
One of those commentators got vastly more wrong than he did right. Was even calling Payne (Jacob) who didn’t play in that game. It was embarrassing.

Yes, well that puts it on a par with Channel 7 I suppose. Listening to dribble about AFL players while ignoring the game being broadcast
Whats the link for that?

Just look them up on facebook Bazza. I’m not a facebook user but set up a kind of fake account just for this sort of thing.

Baz don’t worry about watching it on your pc or iPad I’m sure you have a smart tv. Download the app Facebook Watch and search FRC on that and watch the games on your TV.
i watched ef v peel last night on youtube & was really impressed with the quality
Two games being covered by the FRS live streaming for the week 2 fixtures.
Claremont v’s South Fremantle (which is also the 91.3 Sport FM radio broadcast)
And the other FRS telecast is the late starting match of Perth hosting Swan Districts.
I think the West is also streamming it for a dollar, which will get me back as a customer for the first tlme in a couple of decades.
They are streaming colts and seniors from shark park Saturday Ark
Very happy with WCE stream on Saturday.
Was able to watch it when I got home from the game.
It looks like most games are being streamed in one way or the other.
The commentary was biased but they reminded us that WCE were paying for it.
Tim Gossage really is a goose.
Apparently the East Fremantle match being live streamed this week 3 of fixtures. The weather forecast looking good around the grounds on match day. For those lucky to attend one of the games, it should be a good way to spend an afternoon.
I thought Gossage handled the issue of bias extremely poorly.
It may be that the wce are paying for it etc but he is a journalist is he not??
Surely there is some ethical duty upon him, as a journalist, to not simply become a paid mouthpiece. And then to actually celebrate the bias on financial grounds.
No not good enough Tim.
