He can be a cunt at times but have to say JT has come up with a brilliant idea - in lieu of Perth not playing finals football they get every ANZAC day to host East Perth.
Geez you guys are hard on JT, he’s one of a very very very few with any sort of media profile who takes the time to talk about the WAFL, we may not always agree with everything he says but thats the same as happens on this site, at least the bloke is talking about the comp.
Couldn’t agree more SS. I have seen JT several times at games and actually think he’s a very good sports journo. Obviously he’s rubbed a few up the wrong way but challenging people’s opinions is what journos do.

A media profile requires maintenance. I understand journo’s, though i prefer the term sports reporter regarding JT, have to attempt to keep themselves relevant. When they resort to grubbiness in doing this they are naturally going to make enemies. Should East Freo supporters thank JT for his lame attempt at derailing our premiership push last season? I don’t think so. Was it sweet to listen to him come on to the radio and get his tips so spectacularly wrong at the back end of last season including the GF? ohhhh yes!
I used to always enter through the gates at the prison end. Being a sharks fan i think most of us did.
Speaking of the derby big out for South and East Scooter and Marsh wont play in the Derby due to work with Clontarf. Marsh is all ready injured is expected to be back by then.
Never had an issue with JT and no idea why so called WAFL people bag him he is the only WAFL writer left in the entire State that actually understands the history of the comp.
