Yep, we’ve seen it done many times to suit their agenda. Even happened in the WAFL!!
I crossed paths with Glen a number of years ago. The organisation I was heading sacked their (state funded) development officer and head coach.
It ended up in the IR Tribunal, with Glen representing the coach. It was very early on in what has now become an illustrious IR career, and he was really feeling his way. Thankfully, he lost that one, but now seems to be on a winner with the MFC - except on Saturday afternoon of course. :dry:
