TWO of WA’s biggest stadiums will be rebranded – with the Barnett Government announcing their naming rights have been sold.

The Sunday Times can reveal health insurer HBF has signed a three-year deal for naming rights of Challenge Stadium and Arena Joondalup.

The deal results in the two venues renamed HBF Stadium and HBF Arena from July 1.

Sport and Recreation Minister Terry Waldron announced the change today.

He said both HBF and VenuesWest, the agency appointed to manage our stadiums, were committed to encouraging West Australians to be physically active.

And lets not forget Leederville and as you say the other grounds are still the same to me mate.. Surprised EF and SF havent got a major sponser..

I think Perth were glad to get rid of GO HOME…Brownes is not to bad lol

Bendigo well can take it or leave it..

But then sponsors will move on and the name will change..
Lets hope Kleenex,Sorbent toilet tissue,Huggies,My Dog (cause real footballers eat it before every game) ,Immodium (cause it stops you wanting a shit during the game) ok ok thats enough from me sure the list is endless..
