News Corp have sold off their sliding legacy business Foxtel as well as streaming sports Kayo to a UK based sports streamer DANZ.
Not too sure what this will mean for broadcasts going forward but the new owners are streaming only so I suspect the cable and satellite service may have its days numbered, given it is shrinking 10% a year.
Apparently news corp have retained ownership of SkyNews but will broadcast on the new owners platform.
