What a game. Fell asleep in the first 10 mins of the third quarter and then five goals. Claremont became physical and thats when West kicked away. To Claremonts credit they came back and missed some easy shots at goal. Well done Falcons.
Claremont finish on top of the ladder with 15 wins and one loss for the qualifying rounds. Whilst West Perth win 10 and lose 6. Claremont would have gone in as raging favourites. Congratulations to the West Perth reserves.
This is not the first time that West Perth Ressies have done this.Also done the same to Subi Ressies 4 or 5 years ago.As massive underdogs.That was sorted out in the Hip-E -Club carpark from memory a few months later.
Is it true that the club had made no preparations for the players win or lose and that parents had to band together to get some food in out of their own pockets after the game?
No not true at all STD but great advice for yourselves if you ever make a Final let alone a GF and win it. It has been a while for you lot so the WPFC are happy to help with any advice required, even on a budget
