congratulations Peel

But of course Dwet, but when you just come to make comment and get sheet thrown at you, then there is no real reason for returning.

The grand final was over a month ago and some people are still butthurt not only Subi supporters though.

We’ll soon see if the Competition is the beneficiary by all this then, wise guy.

I daresay any increase in interest might boil down to I man,D.Commetti than any success(if you can call it that)Peel may have had.Sorry,Freo’s Reserves!

Nah, moved on from the GF, bit of a farce but so be it, Subi tried their guts out and in the end took one for the competition. Hopefully the WAFC will now be forced to make some meaningful changes to finals player quals so this never can happen again.

Turn it up SS, you have just described how the other 6 clubs feel. don’t give me the woe is me horse shit. Until you blokes move on the straight and narrow, the WAFL will continue to be a farce.

Your comments don’t have any currency Leedy when you consider that WP and Subi were able to pull off grand final wins in 2013 and 2014 as rank outsiders.East Perth resources and players were thought by most to give them an easy path to a premiership in what was considered a farce to the competition at the time, yet it never came to pass.Obviously there were other things in play other than money and resources back then and the same principles apply today. There are many factors that make up successful clubs both on and off the field .Try thinking outside the square for a change instead of coming up with the same old boring same old.

And from a bloke who’s club was done for cap irregularities, it’s priceless that he demands other clubs walk the straight and narrow. Take off the red n blue blinkers sport.

That’s correct, Joondalup Football club breached the salary cap for a 2nd time in 2012 and they had their player points reduced by 10 for 2014 and 2015

Without the alignment peel would be a joke of a club. The grandfinal last season is tainted. It was won by Freo not by peel your club sold your sole to the devil to win a flag because you can’t win one on your own.

You don’t say MSS83?..or should I say Swan42!!

Sole of their boots!!! or did you mean soul.

Go easy Aman, were just simple WAFL footy fanatics, your starting to sound like our resident walking talking thesaurus man S42 with your spelling corrections, one of those pedantic prats is enough please.

Spelling is important. But surely a joke is a joke.

SS I may have had to correct your old mate po.cocko several times about their and there but I try to provide a degree of latitude re spelling/typos on this forum. Meanwhile continue to shoot the messenger. One would have thought that a club that had won their first premiership would be more active leading up to the next season; perhaps dreaming of winning consecutive premierships. But no: not a single post for over 4 months.

42…you could spend all day correcting the application and use of there, their and they’re as well as you’re and your on this site. without trying to sound like a pedantic prat the kind of which SS was referring to, I do wonder about the standard of spelling of some posters on here at times.

BC as you know there was a lot of baggage around the po.cocko posts and responses. Sure you can comment about the standard of some of the posts; but as long as one can get your view understood then we can all accept that. I personally don’t proof read my posts and I suspect no-one on here does.

But to get to my point about the complete lack of posts from ostensibly Peel supporters would you agree that if it was any other club there would be chatter about whether the club could win consecutive premierships?

yes I do agree but you don’t have to be rocket scientist to work out why there’s a complete lack of Peel supporters posting on here.

I think there are a few clubs that fit into that category BC.
Said it before, why would they bother. All they get is abuse when they do try to make conversation.

A/man the reality is that Fremantle won the WAFL GF in 2016; the real Peel team, i.e. their ressies’ team, barely won a game last year. If you would like me to document some of the abuse some Swans’ posters have had to put up with on this forum or similarly Subiaco posters have received it is strange that they are able to continue to post but somehow Peel supporters can’t.

To also put it into context whilst I don’t generally get involved with discussions on news items elsewhere some of the comments I have read on those are far, farworse than most comments posted on here.

Yes sorry soul. We all aren’t perfect are we and when typing on my phone it sometimes types what it wants
