The Kingsway Football Club are seeking expressions of interest for positions for season 2023.
The club currently fields 4 teams across 2 grades A League, A Reserves, Phil Scott Colts and Thirds.
The successful applicants will display the following attributes:
a) Continue to all coaching build on the culture and values of Kingsway FC being an inclusive and family-oriented community football club.
b) Minimum Level 1 coaching accreditation with a desire to work towards a Level 2 accreditation.
c) The ability to bring a playing group of all abilities and develop them to their full potential.
d) Have a club first mentality.
e) Ability to provide/obtain a suitable support network of assistant coaches
f) Is a strong leader and displays applicable communication skills with a range of stakeholders
g) Be actively involved in the recruiting and retention of players.
HEAD COACH APPLICANTS
Will also need to demonstrate the following qualities and attributes as a minimum:
Develop and implement a relevant and defined game plan for all grades
Display a planned and engaging training program that enhances attendance
They should include :
A written letter of application
Copies of the required qualifications
A brief resume outlining previous coaching experience
