I’ve been watching quite a bit of old SANFL lately just to see what it was like.
Seen some great old Centrals players like a young John Platten, Wilbur wilson, Peter Beythien, Michael Wright, Gilbert McAdam, Phil Graham, Peter Jonas, Peter Bubner, Peter Krieg, Rene Van Dommele, Greg Edwards and Rudi Mandemaker just to mention a handful, not forgetting good old Max George (Swan Districts) and John Duckworth (West Perth) who did well for you guys.

Some commentary from the late Wally Foreman as well. didn’t know he went to SA for a while.
I like the grounds over there. More compact than our. Seem to look fuller and have more atmosphere because of it.
I like the grass banks we have over here and believe that there should be some grassed areas at a WAFL ground if possible.
But nowadays, some are vast, unkept prickle strewn, empty areas that look a bit too much like country footy instead of a top rate state league.
Freeze will love all the Norsworthy highlights I reckon ..nowhere near as many as his Old Easts days tho!! 
It would be sooo nice to have that cheer squad again…nearly all of them deserted the CDFC like rats to form the cows cheer squad in '91.
