It looks like Cam Green has worked out what the Smash and Bash IPL is all about.
He has realised that it is just that, smash and bash.Just swing away and let the ball go where ever it goes.You don’t need technique, just swing and hope for the best.
I watched his knock last night and he looked totally relaxed as he swung and smashed the ball over the fence. Yep got out swinging, but I think he has relaxed into the game.
The young kid hitting, smashing the leather off the ball will not succeed at the highest level he is just a see ball hit ball players.He has no technique.
First class bowlers will work him out very quickly, but he is entertaining the Circus cricket followers.
The young fella indeed has a great eye…..but let’s see what he is like playing a 5 day test…..fielding and batting for more then 20 overs…but he is definitely fun to watch

That’s the iMPORTANT STAT for me.That and Sheffield Shield.Plus ODI’s and ODD’s.
I mean good luck to him wherever he goes,but to be BRUTALLY FRANK,COULD NOT GIVE A FLYING FIG ABOUT IPL!
