Another Saturday has passed us and Mr Mysterious is here once again to tell you all of his day.did have a few issues, about my experiences at Lynwood Ferndale, but I’ll touch on them later
I arrived just in time for the colts game after I went to get a fresh hair cut and I thought it was going to be a good game of football. There were a few highlights but it was a pretty ordinary game. Wanneroo won by about 70 points
After the colts game as usual I went to get some food. To my horror I found that the canteen did not serve hot chips, I’m not sure what to think of this, firstly I thought they were having a lend of me, but sadly they weren’t.
The reserves game was a lot closer than want I thought it might be. Wanneroo was leading at half time, before they started to play a bit better in the last and ended up winning by 6 goals.
It was time for the league game. Both teams being decimated by players going down to groove with cows. Wanneroo started the game with a bang. Correct me if I’m wrong but I think Lynwood failed to score in the first quarter. Wanneroo continued to kick goals and at half time the scoreboard read Lynwood 8 to Wannneroo 96. Although i could barely see the ground throughout the second half because i was staring into the sun ( no hot chips and having to look into the sun makes me angry) I thought the second half would be the same, however I was wrong. The Roos failed to deliver in the second half and for a stage I thought Lynwood were going to come back in the game. Probably the worst half of football I have seen this season. It’s not often you win a game by 11 goals and feel flat.
Thats the bottom line, because Mr Mysterious said so!
However you’d always take the 4 points. Sets up a great game v Kingsway this weekend.
Looking forward to hear how the others games went.
A few issues Mr Mysterious?
How can you call no hot chips and the sun a few issues?
Bob Down, has Bob’d Up (great joke)
The definition of a few…
ADJ- more than one but indefinitely small in number; “a few roses”; “a couple of roses”
Another good write up surprising that CWP got beaten by so much
Reports from that game?
Have been told a one of the Kelmscott boys Collard who played colts kicked 9 in the first half and then went off. He then played League and kicked ten.
Must be a serious talent and is on the Perth list.
Here is a thought maybe they should play him next week?
Also heard that there was a racial incident at Kingsway in the magoos?
Can anyone elaborate?
Not sure about the Racial incident at kingsway on Saturday but i know there was a Kelmscott Colts player who was red carded the week before for Racial comments yet it looks like he played on Saturday??
That Callum collard is something special. Heard he only just got out of jail a couple of months back aswell. Looks like a quality player, but I don’t know how his body is going to hold up. Heard he was on the receiving end in Casurina more than a few times if you know what I mean
Mcdougall, that Collard boy really is something special. In what looked like a total domination by the young lad, i would rather instead beg the question is Coolbinia’s league team going to hold up?? It sounds to me like you have a bit of jealousy fever as who would bring such false player history into the public arena.
My information is correct. Both Collard and his cellmate Big D have matching tattoos “lovers by choice”
Anyone able to shed light on this, did it happen or not???
Also heard that there was a racial incident at Kingsway in the magoos?

[/quote]
Well it was reported as happened on here, therefore it must have happened…this applies to your first 2 questions.
Cannot elaborate further. Sorry. Just suprised that Gosnells was not involved in any way…although not entirely suprised Thornlie is in and amongst it!
Gee 10 goals in c grade footy… Must be good
On another note lynwood should definately have hot chips in their canteen
pretty good effort considering he played colts! good on him
and on another note you are nothing but a dickhead BigRoo, maybe change your name too BigDickhead or something, its more suited to you!!
this old falcon stayed in the home nest this weekend, hoping to swoop down on some of the famous cooly hot chicken rolls and scout out a few good games of footy between two sides who had strong starts to the season.
the ressies was a thoroughly entertaining affair with both sides missing heaps of players due to the grooving in the moo festival with kelmscott holding out by just 2 points. a real shame the cooly ressies couldn’t break through for their first win of the season but some really encouraging signs and some real belief around the group which should hold them in good stead for the coming games.
i was expecting a big rip snorter in the league after a really strong performance from cooly last week and my knowledge of kelmscott from the good old days and their 2013 form so far. i was disappointed. kelmscott moved the footy really well and seemed smarter than cooly throughout the game and barring a good second quarter from coolbinia, the game was one way traffic. I don’t want to go on too much about the individual performance of the young fella from kelmscott except to say that he deserves the accolades of his peers and the comp, he was very smart and was clinical around the goals making everyone out there looking slow and in comparison one dimensional. in fact kelmy seemed to do that to coolbinia all day. Despite the scoreboard pressure and cooly’s poor form the game was still tight in stages but when coolbinia gave kelmscott a sniff they seemed from the boundary to take a mile.
i don’t want to be to negative, because it is always good to spend a saturday at the footy and the comp is really starting to get exciting.
p.s. i dont know who macdougall is but if he is a member or affiliated with cwp he needs to have a good hard look at himself, making comments/telling lies about a personal players private life on a public forum. you are a joke mate, pull your head in
Sorry mate didn’t realise that you are on the rags brother! Next time I will ask your permission before I post anything a little tongue and cheek haha.
pretty good effort considering he played colts! good on him
and on another note you are nothing but a dickhead BigRoo, maybe change your name too BigDickhead or something, its more suited to you!!
19 snags in one day (1 and a half games) is not too bad, I would probably more than happy with that myself. Seems like he has got a barrel of talent!!
How has this kid gone in previous games? Or did he just Tom Lynch it on the day? Fairdibs i am not sure you are the most educated bloke going around so here is a link for you so that you are up to speed with the general population):

Heard this was his first big game. Goalless in the first four rounds. Hopefully he can maintain this form and push for the midget team of the year
Settle down Michael Mcdougall, Firstly Round 5 finished 4 days ago noone is interested in what you are saying. Secondly your brother Andrew is useless.
Anyways ive started a round 6 topic,
Late report this week on the Melville vs Gossie’s game.
Ressies was a terrible performace by the Melville lads but to gossie credit they took their chance when they came up and put the score on the board when it counted. Usual ressies biffo with a couple of scuffles throughout the game but the gossies boys got up by 3-4 goals from memory. Highlight of the game was the umpire wearing a scarf.
League game shaped up to be a cracker with Melville needing a win to stay in touch and gossies looking to consolidate their place in the 5. The game delivered with a free flowing first half before tightening up in the second.
In a treat for football fans the hawk made a rare appearance and managed to taking a couple of sausage rolls home with him. First quarter saw the Rams starting well and kick the first 5 of the game into the breeze before Gossies hit back late with a couple of pearlers that saw them back in the game by quarter time.
The game was shaping as a shoot out and it continues that way in the second quarter with both teams going goal for goal. For gossies #21 put on a clinic of how to kick a footy with some handy delivery to the forwards. Half time only a few points in it with both teams sitting around the 10 goal mark.
The second half developed into a less free flowing game with several lead changes before Melville kicked away. Bit of biffo late but the game was done and dusted by then, final margin was 3-4 goals.
Cheers to Gossie for the hospitality after the game and I can confirm that they serve hot chips.
I think your last line CyberHawk was the best. Thanks for clearing that up. Looking forward to heading to Gosnells
