You can filter out stuff but that doesn’t necessarily block others so to speak mate
There’s 3 horizontal bars right next to your avatar top right of screen
Hit that
menu comes up on the left of page and you’ll scroll down to MORE
Hit that
A submenu pops up Scroll down to FILTER and several options are there for you to choose from
As I pointed out it doesn’t necessarily block others
