The name change was just a rebrand, a $0 salary cap is still in place and the PFL still can’t enforce it. No different to the WAFL really, as I’d be surprised if any of the clubs are working within the TPP cap. A few clubs have been caught out recently for extra payments but pretty hard for the WAFL to track external third party payments to players.
