C3 shaping up to be an interesting one! We go as far north to the valley, out to the coast of Cottesloe, up to the hills in Rollystone and down south to warnbro. Plus everywhere the middle. Coming down are swan valley and willo, while coming up is Uni. Unfortunately Maddo couldn’t get the numbers together and have fallen once again. Rolly get a second chance and we say goodbye to noranda. Winnacott have changed their name back to east freo? Only early days but a little fun before the season starts and here is my crack at what my final ladder will look like.
Not sure if an oversight or still salty about 2023 Jaygee, but appears you missed a team off that list.
Canning SP - Have recruited very well over the summer
East Freo - Heaps of young quality kids and some decent pickups over the break
OP - Need to maintain the momentum from the start of last year
Valley - Tough to get a read on relegated teams. Might bounce back, might not.
Willo - Never thought I’d see these guys in C3, but have been in a free fall since 2019. Should have enough quality to play finals, but might not.
Warnbro - snuck in to the 5 last year, could do it again
Uni - May find the going a bit tougher in C3. Uni holidays in July might mean they lose a few to their higher graded teams.
Coolbinia - Fair way off the pace last year, have a few decent colts coming through which may help their cause
Cott - Haven’t heard of any decent recruits coming through and they didn’t seem to have a lot of depth last year.
Roley - Avoided the drop due to Maddo losing their reserves. Can’t see them staying up again
Yes up the Hill is where I went, I will forever be grateful to my time at Forrestdale, Loving being up the hill with a great bunch of young men. looking forward to 2025 season ahead against some great opposition oh and OP hahahahahahaha
