The fact that the league Top grade gets nothing on here is pretty average so ill chuck some tips in and hope I’m not talking to myself

Wembley 0-1 vs North Beach 1-0
The night game and Wembleys first home game since the return to A Grade footy. Unfortunately North Beach to be too strong with a 6 goal win

Trinity Aquinas 1-0 vs Scarborough 1-0
Two first up winners both recording good wins to start. TAs appear younger than previous seasons up against the regining premiers. Can’t back against Scarborough can you? Scarborough by 2 goals.

North Fremantle 0-1 vs University 0-1
Two proud clubs who will be desperate to not start 0-2. For mine this is a real flip of the coin but I’ll back Uni to grab the crucial away win by 5 points.

Curtin Uni Wesley 1-0 vs Kingsway 1-0 GOTR
Two winners last weekend and the league appointed GOTR and I agree. Two teams that should play finals and a big chance for Kingsway to snag a shock win and show that they are a finals team this year. I’m going with the home team advantage and going Curtin by 14 points.

CBC 0-1 vs Collegians 0-1
Again 2 teams that need to win. Where is CBC at this year, are they a contender? Collegians for all reports were plucky against Curtin and look to be an improved team. They would see this as an opportunity. I however can’t back them in off 1 game. CBC by 30 points.

Play hard play fair and enjoy the Carlton Dry after the game??

North Beach to be too strong for Wembley to the tune of 10 goals.

Scarborough over CBC last week whilst TAs just got past Uni who I think will both be in the relegation hint this year. Scarbs to get over TAs comfortably - 5 goals

North Freo were competitive against NB last week in the first half but fell away badly. Uni by 2 goals if they can put 4 quarters of footy together.

Kingsway have recruited well and will tip them to get over an ageing Curtin narrowly - 10 points

CBC and Collegians will be closer than most expect. Will back CBC at home

North Beach another win, with Uni and CBC bouncing back from round 1 losses.

Wembley, Collegians and North Freo looking in trouble early.

Anyone prepared to reassess their pre season ladder predictions or far too early to call?

Scarborough have lost a few of their most experienced players who all played in the GF last year.
Parker, Re, Baker, Hayes to name a few.
