Claremont to 2nd, EF to 4th, Perth to 5th for me.
I just have a feeling that Subiaco are better prepared for this .Compared to the other Wafl clubs.Like the AFL it could be a lottery .To see which clubs get to speed quicker, maby some surprises in store.
1.Subiaco.- 2-Claremont…3 -South Fremantle… 4-West Perth,5-East Perth..
Lottery the rest..Don’t think teams like Swans+Perth will not like playing without crowds.

Gtrxuone and Ti Em, I’m curious: why do you rate WP so highly? They haven’t recruited anyone. They still have good top end talent - Black, Nelson, Keitel and a couple of others - and I know they seem to always defy predictions and be in the mix for finals. But I would have thought they can’t sustain it this year. Interested to know what it is you guys see in them.

Like you said Ted there top tier players are good. The clubs problems are off field. There senior players probably enjoyed the late start to the season. You can build a competitive team around 5 or 6 tier 1 Wafl footballers.
PFC will be in GF. Anyone want to give me odds?
What’s EF got that they didn’t have last year? The bloke they spent spent 20k on from Sydney had a serious injury. Perth have Masten raring to go as an addition. He well and truly more than compensates for Leggxit and we could end up with Masto’s best mate Will Schofield who has given indications he might opt out of the Gold Coast hub and McInness could also suit up on loan.
But then a few more Eagles players might find another home in the WAFL in 2020.
I’m pretty sure AFL listed players were banned from playing lower tiers.
Hence WCE pulled their WAFL side.
So Will Schofield won’t being playing.
PFC working on getting Fraser on loan but he is not an AFL listed player.
WCE indicated they would loan some of their top up players.
As for some of the predictions I think some are fanciful.
Just IMHO.
Grey could come to us maybe. Schofield might retire. Who knows?
Gutsy of folk to predict a ladder with an 8 round comp…going on last year Perth won 5-0 before Yeo opened his big gob, thus if they replicate that start they will finish top two…going to be a fast and furious start to the season…no room for slow starts what so ever.
Besides Peel and their enforced losses, every side has a fighting chance for a top four spot…financially Subi, Perth, EP and SD should be automatically finalists, but hey besides Subi, we know loads of money doesn’t always guarantee success or even a finals spot, just ask DD and the Perth boys…LOL…game on as they say.

Big call, you just put them under the spotlight. Well done if they make it, but you can’t blame people for having a yawn and say here we go again.

Bottom 5 a bit of a raffle, if Joondy get a few early wins they are are such good front runners and could win 4 or 5 and make finals. EP are a tough team could finish top 4 or bottom 2, it all depends on getting a good start. Lose 2 of the first 3 and it will be a real struggle, hard to claw back a slow start with 8 games. I dont know how other teams are travelling but reports from the club (Subi) say players are ahead of where the coaching staff expected them to be given the iso training. cant wait for August 1 start, interesting that the AFL are really arcing up the pressure to get some sort of crowd protocol in place for their start up. Hope they do as that will allow the WAFL and state gov to look at allowing crowds earlier. FMD by August we should have crowds in the outer at least!
Good to see Subi still training harder than anyone else.

Didn’t say that DF, just reported back what the club coaches have said, I have no idea what level the other clubs have trained at during iso.

Didn’t suggest you did SS.
Just an observation given the thoughts of some others.
