Needed one of George’s Legal Eagles to put an Injunction on a Draft like THIS ONE,until the AFL came to some sort of Satisfactory Deal with State League Clubs,to compensate them for Loss of Players,midseason!

We are travelling well at the moment but are fairly injury free across our senior squad. Lose a couple of your top 10 and things can change quickly.
MSD is horrible for state league clubs along with preseason draft as you don’t have the opportunity to replace anyone taken.
Was listening to a podcast the other day with Socceroo Jackson Irvine and he discussed loan players for EPL and other leagues and explained players on loan to another club in their competition aren’t allowed to play against the club they are on loan from.
Would players on loan work in the AFL instead of the MSD?

After all the belly aching and panic merchants on here, not one player was taken from the WAFL. Not good from the individual perspective but great for the WAFL competition, particularly for some of the struggling teams who may have lost a crucial player like the Sharks did with Murdoch in the PSD

Gee you wouldn’t want to be a Woodville -West Torrens fan…..lost 3 to the MSD…..know the feeling though, in 2022 EF lost Strnadica, Joyce and Dixon to WCER in the the SSP draft…mixed feelings for me Grassy……Weat’Adelaide lose Caleb May…..only for the WBD to scoop him up. Also had to laugh at the AFL site saying, Artemis played for EP in the WAFL before heading over to Tassie to try his luck……
