WAFL 2026 In's and Outs's

I’d be ecstatic if you were correct, Johnny.
Four losing grand finals (2013, 2014, 2024, 2025) since the long-ago 2002 flag means the monkey has well and truly parked himself on the Royals’ back.
That said, East Perth did lose all seven GFs (in the space of 12 years) that they played in between 1960 and 1971, so this current losing run isn’t quite as bad.
Winning and losing in lengthy sequences is par for the course for EP given that the Royals won seven flags from as many GFs between 1919 and 1927 (Subi and East Freo met in the 1924-25 title deciders).

Heard Martinis is an out for Claremont

Lots of movement at Tigerland, all out at the moment.

WP recruiting hard, picking up Dehavilland and Inverarity (C) on top of Brooks and Miller (EP) to add to their interstate recruits.

EP confirm they have recruited Damon Freitag (200cm, 97kg-ex South Adelaide) included on Club Website Players list, WAFL Players list & Club Facebook. 24 year old, tall and solid forward/ruck. 65 games SANFL League games. Ex State u16 & 18s for SA.

Has Rioli definitely been confirmed as an in for South or is just conjecture.

I don’t know Cess, I just list what the good people of ozfooty say

No good posting anything that is not confirmed.
Seems pointless.
If they are not on the website lists, its unconfirmed.

Perfect size and credentials to be snapped up in the mid season draft by the parasites if he shows any resemblance of form

DF, if I went by the website listing, EF would have Swallow, Teakle, Dixon, Smith, Johannisen, Woewodin and Carroll suiting up for them in 2026…only one of them will from that list…if not snapped up in any of those AFL drafts

A few ins for peel

SF IN: Aiden Hall (Claremont/WAFL)

Cl IN: Oliver Sheldrick (travel)

Wc IN: Ash Johnson (Collingwood/AFL), Archie Watt (Kyambram/Goldburn Valley League)

Still trying to work out why Richmond refused to pick Blight for 1 more game this year to activate an automatic extension clause in his contract…the guy played some decent footy for Richmond, no worse then others in Richmond’s defence…yet they refused to play him that 1 more game…mind boggling the logiistics of an AFL club…

Yes a lot of tiger fans were not too happy about his delisting
