Interesting comments about the pitch. A tad parochial perhaps given the Aussies played traditional test cricket in the first innings and got rolled for 130. Only 3 batters got past 50 over the entire game and the thing was over in 6 sessions.
Yes, agree the Poms cavalier attitude to throwing the willow around contributed to the quick finish, but the corresponding test last year against the wobble heads only lasted marginally longer.
Iām not convinced it was such a great wicket when the ball dominated the bat so convincingly with the exception of Head.

So Inglis is a confirmed in for the GABBAā¦gee looking at that pitchā¦Iād be telling Gary carry the drinks and get Neser or Webster inā¦wonāt go past 3 days
So gald that Inglis has been given a chance to shine.But would they use him as an opener!
Websters inclusion seems to be the thought at the moment.
But still Cummins return is still a chance.
I just worry about head opening if we have to bat under lights at the start of his innings. His last day night test at the gabba he got a king pair.
We need to remember he wont bat like that every week and there are times when he could expose the middle order very quickly

weather is looking a bit dodgy for Day 4 and 5 although this may not be an issue. Australia havent named their XI so the rumours of Cummins inclusion persist. If he comes in it will probably be at the expense of Lyon
True, i am just worried about the aussie batting lineup - And i think Head should be next test captain myself, I donāt like how they go back to Smith - Takes a good captain to open the batting
