Agree on it, no we cannot, US Aid makes up a tiny percentage of the US budget it is less than 1% of spending, food and supplies in the poorest African nations is money well spent on feeding kids and digging wells, its also strategic and money well spent because if the US doesn’t spend it and help people its enemies will step in a fill the gap.
