It is going to be interesting to see what happens with the captaincy of the Aussie cricket team on Friday if Michael Clarke doesn’t pull up fit enough to play.
Surely they could or wouldn’t give the ticket to Shayne Watson to take the reins could they!!
I know he has served his punishment for the failed test,but surely he is not the right person to take charge with us in the bind we are in.We need some one who is totally committed to the team,not one who is interested in his own game solely.
I would prefer to see brad Haddin captain the side rather than Watson.
Of course Watson will be captain, he is the vice captain after all!
Agree they will give it to Watson but it is wrong, this guy is not who we need leading our side. He is self involved and for him to even dispute his punishment was a poor character sign.
We still havent hit rock bottom yet before we can rise again.
Watson as skipper will get us closer though.
