Swans v EF at Bassendean

Yeah not good to hear that. He can’t take trick

Hamstring last year,if I saw it right on the Telly last year.

Dreadfully bad luck for William and I hope things get better for him, from Saturday.

Mate it’s always the good uns that are cursed….

Yeah he went down in the first 5 minutes spoiling his opponent, that is 2 knee injuries in 12 months for Pina almost to the day, hopefully fingers crossed it is not an acl.

When is this injury crisis going to end, 3 of the last 4 years now?

Even former Swan Harry Edwards is in the same boat with his concussion problems.

And yet somehow Claremont have only played 24 players this year, in nearly 50 years following Swans I cant recall us ever having only made 1 change in the first 6 games like they have!

That’s amazing by Claremont. Using only 24 players in the first 6 games seems unbelievable. Certainly doing something right over there and no doubt building for the elusive premiership.

What I noticed was more intent to turn inside and hit 45’s, Cartwright was impressive in doing this on multiple occasions.

Hopefully this game style can be more of a pattern rather than an event, time will tell against better opposition. Still a concern was only 40 i50 while giving up 43, that wont cut it against the good teams and still shows a reliance on the defense.

Hopefully Cartwright gets an extended run in the team and a few of the other ressies boys get a look in as well.
