Ryan Harris should be the coach of Australia.
What he has done with SA in just 2 years is quite phenomenal.
He has taken a rag tag bunch of discards from other states into a now very tough opponent to beat at home and away.
Interestingly only 2 of the XI in the Shield Final are born and bred South Aussies (Carey & Lehmann although even he was born in England) the rest are from NSW, QLD or VIC originally, including the likes of Doggett, W.Agar, Fraser-McGurk etc who missed out on playing in the Final.
I read an interesting article just now that explained that of the SA there was 6 from NSW playing.

Harris or Rogers would be good options…..both no nonsense sorts….hard as nails, and good characters on and off the park….can see Ronald moving on after Australia’s up coming 12 - 18 months…..in sync with a few of the current players moving on….could happen sooner as well.
