Simply put, it does not look good for EF next year regarding a hefty penalty.

In the Code Sports article by Mark Duffield it said EF aren’t likely to get a similar penalty to SF. We’ll see

If they dont it will be an outrage.

This story has moved slowly the last few days. One of the Sharks bosses pulled the pin.
Nothing from the WAFC.Must be waiting for the conclusion of the 23 season.
The South’s penalty was quiet brutal for a 10 k breach.
Interesting times ahead.

After the leaking that there is currently an investigation into the EFFC TPP for 2022 by the commission, you would think that they might come out and actually make a statement regarding the matter themself. I guess they don’t have the time with their already heavy workload LOL. Maybe they have hired JT as a spokesperson and his announcement was an official statement! Seemed to know a lot of details and figures.

If they dont it will be an outrage.

What is this - shoot first, ask questions later?

Ti Em, from the limited amount that has come out so far and not much if any from either EF or the WAFC it appears that the EF case is quite different from the SF case, so should not be lumped together and should not expect similar penalty outcomes.

The most likely reason EF penalty may differ from SF, is that EF indiscretion sounds far far worse…thus a greater penalty in store perhaps?..but hey, we will all know when we know I guess.
