Round by Round Analysis

Wish Someone, not just me thought of this -

Round 7

Peel v South Fremantle
Did Peel Flex their Muscles or Freo Flex their Muscles to send an AFL House warning to the Competition?Or were South simply asleep at the Wheel?Maybe someone put sleeping tablets in their Breakfast?

Claremont v East Perth
Happy birrrrrthdaaay,…..talk about a party fizzer! Were the Tigers on sleeping tablets as well for their Big Day?Did they mix ‘em with a Champagne Breakfast as the Top End of Town feasted on a Banquet?

Or did East Perth just Love playing the Bad Guys again in Tiger eyes?

Perth v West Perth
Demons click into gear against the poor old flightless falcons,There’s always next week guys!

East Perth

Swan Districts v Subiaco
The Swans locals aren’t happy as their Hero birds plummet almost as fast as the flightless falcons, whilst that magic maroon wand, keeps on weavin’ some sort of magic act,…..

East Fremantle v West Coast
Thank heavens is all I can say,….Ok,well done Sharks!Phew!

Perth did well pummeling the winless WP Grassy…..definitely filled their boots…..no need for a MSD to derail Cl…they will do it themselves as the season progresses…..Peel just showed what they could do if Freo stay fit and winning…..imagine if Cox plays again for them. EF showed with a few senior boys back that can be competitive…..and Subi showed SD that leg speed is important in today’s footy.

Nah!

They can cope losing even 5.

Other Clubs losing 1,let alone 2 need to cover a Grand Canyon, let alone gap on their list to keep the Season afloat!

As for Mason,he won’t be playing for Peel again this Season,as Sean will be lucky to get back on the park again, worse luck for ‘I’m!

After todays 2 upsets along with Swans win on Saturday have really tightened up the ladder with only 2 games between 2nd and 9th. If Subiaco could have snuck across the line against Claremont it would have been even more congested.

East Perth went from the joy of beating the top team to the disappointment of losing to the bottom side, proving that you cant afford to take anyone for granted in this competition.

Next week will sort a few out with Perth v Subiaco, Peel v Swans and East Perth playing South Fremantle

For a Potential Cracker of a Grand Final Replay,we could end up with a Listless Derby, after the Top 2 Teams proved to be great disappointments today.

And the 2 Bright performers today rest up next week, before they face off at Moss St,Saturday Week.

Freeze,…oh yeah of little faith.I knew you’d gettem’!

Never knocked your selection mate.. ..just your reasoning……good to see an injury riddled EF side, missing a key player, beat last years premiers…..
