Yes, and the likelihood of a project finishing on time at the moment with delays in construction is next to nil. looking to be a serious blowout.

September apparently the demolition begins of the old grandstand and I think construction will begin shortly after of the new digs which will be where the grassed area is right in front of the main gate. Won’t be centre aligned anymore which I’m ok with. Most clubs club rooms and members area aren’t centre aligned and the new scoreboard is angled slightly that way anyway.
I’m guessing the area where the existing grandstand is will be for general public/opposition. Hopefully they’ll put a sheltered seating area in but wouldn’t surprise if Trevor Nisbet has already made claims on that area for the girls. Maybe they’ll build something with change rooms for the girls with a grandstand above.
Is there a design of the new stand or whatever it is available to view?

Not sure if there is a recent one floating around but this is an artists impression I took a screenshot of I think from the TOVP on the 1st June 2019. I think it’s going to be pretty much the same as this except the main oval alignment is not as it shows there with new clubrooms aligned with the centre. Our new digs will on the flank/pocket

Good question I’d say it would be relocated along with the main gate but could be wrong. If it stays it would be virtually out of site from cameras and spectators apart from those buying a whopper.
