While what these Hamas creeps did was horrific and appalling Israel can’t justify slaughtering thousands of innocent Palestinians to take out one Hamas commander.
Sadly that is what Israel is doing though. They will even blow up a whole building to destroy the tunnel/ s underneath. This Hamas movement have tunnels underneath hospitals and many other buildings. Of course in any war - it is often the innocent that suffer.
What I saw on ABC news tonight was appalling. Israel has lost the plot. I know the attack on Israel by the HAMAS savages was appalling and disgusting but you can’t go knowingly bomb the shit out of innocent civilians in hospitals that are at best makeshift hospitals because you know coward terrorists are hiding in tunnels underneath. Israel is going to lose international support and respect fast if they keep this up.

The attacks on Israel were made above ground people. In general it could not have happened to a nicer Israeli PM, could it? The Israeli right-wing government could not even protect a border fence. Remember the Stern Gang and its attacks on British Commonwealth troops, although the troops were legally in place under a UN mandate. The 9 Division served in Palestine. Israel has re-taken, rightly, the south of its country, and must concentrate on withdrawing from Gaza. The American fleet has never done anything to help Isreal directly. Most of Putin’s Russians live in Israel, so he will not be too botherred about getting involved. Hamas deliberately build tunnels and bunkers under hospitals ., schools , you name it , they use their own people as human shields , not only to make it hard but also to use as a media weapon against the West.
Its near impossible for Israel to destroy them without civilian casualties.

Apparently Israel has agreed to a 4 day cease fire in exchange for Hamas releasing about 50 people they captured. Israel is believed to be also releasing some hostages. Hoping some common sense prevails and the ceasefire is permanent. The government of Oman has been working in the background trying to put an end to the conflict.
I watched CNN last night and one of the anchors went to a private viewing for journos and members of congress by the Israeli government of captured footage from Hamas showing what they did to Israeli citizens in the first attack. He said it was horrific and based on what he saw, Hamas should be wiped off the face of the earth.
I imagine what the gutless Hamas dogs will do is try to negotiate not just a prisoner swap but free passage for themselves out of Gaza to a safe haven to save their own pathetic arses. I doubt they give a shit about Hamas prisoners being released unless it’s a relative.
They know once all hostages have been released they are going to be reduced to dust.
From what was reported, how some of the hostages were killed was very gruesome and not pretty at all ! The photos of one of the young girls taken from the music concert during the first attack and how she was killed was sad to see. Apparently about 250 hostages still being held in Gaza which would leave approx 200 remaining. Whilst the ceasefire is in existence, it should allow humanitarian aid to flow again. Though given the bad conditions of roads etc, the aid will be too slow.
Today marks the final day of the cease-fire. From reports there is going to be more hostages being released in the coming days. Really hoping all the plonkers see some common sense and stop fighting altogether!
Been far too many innocent people killed already. A lot of much needed aid supplies have crossed the border which is great to hear. Apparently the Israeli PM is not doing well in the polls, I guess anything could happen after today.
I guess the cease-fire was too good to last and hostilities resumed today. And of course both sides blamed the other for the resumption of fighting.
