I’ll start by saying I loved Paul"Fatty"Vautin’s Interview by Yvonne Sampson.
The way he got started as a little tacker,was incredible in itself,with the School Coach asking him for a spare pair of hands at the Age of 13.
He asked his old man for his opinion,who said give it a go and young Vautin did and the rest was History.
He played for a mob I can’t stand in Manly,but he was landed there by a smart operator in Ken Arthurson,who lured him out of Croulla’s lair.
Worth a look.

Great stuff watching action from the late 80’s,with Queensland Dominating of course.
7 are trying to Man up,by coinciding their Commercial Breaks with 9’s,but No Hope getting me to watch Mick,Sam and Andy tonight.
Was thinking back to the NRL Grand Finals of '92/93 last Weekend,after St George knocked off Brisbane Broncos on the Road,for their 1st Win in yonks.
Reckon a few Dragons fans may have not resisted the temptation to pay the Broncos back,over Alfie Langers Infamous Belch,“St George can’t play”,after the '93 Grand Final.
Whilst not a Grand Final,Dragons fans toasting their 1st Victory in '26,probably just had to say around Kogorah or Belch out loud,“Broncos Can’t Play”.
Now they got that off their chest(if they did say such lovely things about a bitter rival 
),let’s hope their boys can post a few more Wins this year,to give the Red and White brigade some hope for the future.
