Milan Murdock

Congrats to MM….finally made it to the top level. I hope he’s not just used as an insurance player. As good as it is for him, thats terrible for the Sharks.

If they’re STILL playing like Donkeys in the AFL and not giving Milan a look in Shark,I fear your top up fears will come true.

Huge congrats to Milan and more than deserving!!!
Let’s hope he gets a chance to prove himself at the next level.

Could he be the next Priddis, he has the talent and the drive.

Good point, watch this space.

Great effort by Milan and truly deserved but geez this must hurt the sharks. As a royals man, I actually feel for east freo due to the timing but i know the club would also be so proud to see him get their eventually as he should be there.

Playing this weekend, great outcome!

Hopefully plays not just traveling but that’s the world he lives in now. Good luck to him he thoroughly deserves his chance. Mixing it around the stoppages with Norm Smith medalist Christian Petraca, Touk Miller, Noah Anderson fmd. No Matt Rowel out for 6 weeks.

Injuries piling up for the Eagles already.

Hopefully the WCE coach has half a brain and plays Murdoch where he plays best…in the guts…yeah he may not look like a beast…but definitely plays like one…no doubt the Golden H will get first dibs on the ball…one can only hope WCE will learn, like Geelong did with Harry Taylor, how in fudge did this guy have to wait so long to play AFL.

This isn’t going to be a very pretty game and the Eagles are going to get their bums well and truly kicked. It might show how the kids react for the future.

Murdock kicked West Coast’s first goal

And second, and second highest rated eagle on debut. Too small, too slow, too good. Lol

The thing for me about Murdoch is the physical presence he projects, will always put body on the opposition even when just running past let alone in the pack stuff. Really impressed by his efforts thus far

Loved the call from the commentator. The sparkie, electrifying.

Grump, no different to the Murdock that played in the WAFL mate…just more noticeable because he is on the telly now…everyone at EF knew he was AFL quality…some of the players that Freo and WCE have had on their lists of late, in front of Murdock, has been mind boggling…glad to see the fella getting the plaudits he deseves

Just goes to show Freeze that sometimes AFL recruiters/analysts can’t see past their noses. He’s now 25 and although he’s got a good few years left in his career he’s probably been robbed of about 5. Better late than never.

TBH mate some AFL players clog a list for years and do fudge all…probably a blessing for Murdock he was given time to harden his smaller frame, and build up a healthy appetite for proving himself year after year in the WAFL. Can think of a few other WAFL players who would of done better on a list then some past and present AFL list cloggers…Aaron Black and Shane Nelson for starters…

Good point Freeze and yeah Blackie showed them when he played that one game for the Eagles during the COVID period that he could perform even at the ripe old age of 104!
