in fairness, well done to Bamford on putting on or two in the back of the net in the first division.
Good start by your boys in the EPL so far AR.
They have certainly hit the back of the auld onion bag a few times already.
BH: thanks yep, it is amazing, how many goals LU has scorred to chances created comparred to last season; looking ahead, one has to worry a little bit should they start to miss chances in future games; all the more so, because, as you know, bease, they can’t defend at all. We were a bit lucky against Fulham.
Swansea, are off to a solid start, I see?
Well done to Bamford for a good season in front of goal, which, of course, happily, kept LU in the first divison.
Hanging on by their finger nails at the moment. Hope they stay up. They play an exciting brand.
My pommy neighbours bought me a Leeds strip when they came back from a trip to the UK when I was a kid in the 70s and I’ve followed them ever since.
Dazz: good one mate; hopefully we will scrape through over Everton; it will be big if the ‘Toffees’ go down for the first time since WWII or so .
Burnley are also on equal points with Leeds so there is a chance that they could be the 3rd team relegated along with Norwich and Watford

Everton have been relegated from the top flight twice, and have never played in a league lower than the second division in the club’s history. Since the club’s inception in 1887, its only relegations came in 1929-30 and 1950-51.
That is some record Arkroyal. Even Manchester United were relegated in the 70s as I remember.
That is an impressive record from Everton who are not really considered one of the big dogs of English Soccer (eg Manchester City & United, Liverpool, Chelsea, Arsenal etc) in fact they are not even the biggest club in their own city!
They have done well to be up for so long even though they havent really seriously been in the hunt for the title in this EPL era or since the 1980s in the old 1st Division.
They are actually 2nd in longevity in the top flight to Arsenal who have been in the top division of English football since 1919!
