Sorry Screemar but the original ‘robo’ debt collection process was set up by little johnny and his fiscal mate, The priest and pastor enhanced it so that it became more auto driven, It went from a person driven recovery process to a fully automatic process. Also, when they changed it, they also took away the right of appeal as there was no longer a decision maker on the recovery process, so folk had nowhere to turn or appeal.
