I take exception to that remark. I’ve never touched that shit in my life. Guess that shows the slum mentality of PFC supporters such as yourself and your knobhead mate stt. But I guess that’s what you get from people that live in slums.

Yes poor form - lacking in class, could explain why people just don’t seem to want to be at Mineral Resource at the minute.
You guys don’t seriously think Leggett will sit out of football in 2020? Of course he had to say that, he could hardly go to arbitration and say “my relationship with Perth has irretrievably broken down but if I lose I’ll go back there anyway.” Obviously he needed to try to make the arbitrator think what a tragedy it would be for the WAFL to lose a good young player. Luckily the arbitrator is not as dumb as you guys. Bob Shields said it all on our website: “All Cody needs to do is walk through the door and there will be a jumper and team mates waiting for him.”

FMD here you are backing up one of your own rubbishing the post code I live in and I LACK CLASS? :woohoo:
Who did I suggest was on the pot? Did I say you 58S? Or was I referring to some of your cohorts or was I referring to some of the absolute amateurs at the head of your club?
You’re all obviously feeling a bit battered and bruised, or dare I say it? Remember how you all jumped over it when I suggested you’re all a bit Butt Hurt after Masto joined the mighty Demons? Like I said I’ve been stocking up on it just in case but now it’s surplus to my needs. PM me your address!! :woohoo:

Well he is certainly not going to play for Mineral Resources - you don’t seriously think he will?
And why not TE ? If he is so passionate about getting that AFL gig he has to play WAFL 2020.
There is only one club of choice. If he is not at MRP this coming season he can probably kiss AFL goodbye.

I am just staggered by your levels of intuition - is it really that obvious that i am butt hurt about Chris Masten joining Mineral Resources. No doubt you will pop that finals cherry now.
My God, you are serious. You think Cody is so upset that he will put his AFL ambitions on hold and hope to get drafted in 2021, at age 25, having missed the entire 2017 and 2020 seasons? You think Peos will advise him to do that?
Obviously you think EF will just sit back and wait for Cody to join you for pre-season in November, fresh from a year out of the game. I wouldn’t count on that. He will realise that you strung him along with promises you couldn’t keep, but weren’t prepared to make a serious offer. Presumably you were prepared to hope that arbitration went your way and you would get him cheap. Now that it hasn’t, you need to make a serious offer. Remember O’Brien was refused a transfer from Peel (hmm, EF chasing a contracted player from an historically weaker club) and lost at arbitration but the two teams reached agreement after that. Now you know $20k and a couple of hacks won’t cut it. Got anything else?

i think you are jumping to conclusions again. All i said is i think Mineral Resources won’t see Leggett again - except maybe in an opposition jumper at some point down the track.
Cody has got rocks in his head if he would sit out a year of football in his prime to play for your rabble of a club.
[/quote]
Crazy especially when you consider he could of just kept playing for even bigger rabble of a club - but go easy DD remember he did have his mind poisoned.
TE, stop torturing yourself. When you indulge in “ banter” there is always a good chance you will end up with egg on your face. You and your EF mates have gone overboard with silly childish fantasies. Would have worked out ok for you had you backed the right horse but instead it has come back to bite you on that butt.
Your club have fouled up big time.
Stop throwing hand grenades. They may go off in your hand. But if you have to, throw them at your own club which has shown itself to be a rabble
You, Freez, KCEF , and others should go and ask some tough questions of the idiots running your club instead of carrying on like two bob watches.
Right will out every time. Winners are grinners.
Very true Smokester, winners are grinners…looks like Quil is smiling, as he got to Perth after all, in a straight swap for Bailey Smith…
as for Cody…well one Cody got his wish to get out of MRP..the other didn’t…one Cody is grinning the other not as much…life stops for no man’s two bob watch…can’t wait for that Perth v EF match in May…gonna be great craic..
I guess with wins so few and far between over the last 40 years at Mineral Resources you have to make the most of them when they do come and bask in that warm afterglow while you can. After all an angry and dark cloud never seems that far away.
Does seem though that in your exuberance to revel in this one you have failed to notice it is a hollow victory. Next to nothing has been gained as the player left months ago. You may have saved face but there was little left of that to save after years and decades of being an abject failure and last seasons last gasp choke.
Today’s West says Leggett is returning to Perth, my mail is that’s not true.
I find it strange that Perth have allowed Ninyette to go to SF but have played hardball with Leggett.
If a player has such an issue with a club he’s played 60 odd games with and is contracted but still takes it all the way to arbitration- I think it’s pretty clear he doesn’t want to be there and he has reasons.
Now the Perth jokers want to see him off Half Back!! Buffalo coaching Perth as well??

Suggest you go and buy Saturdays West. Leggett is staying put and will return to the club and honour his contract. He’ll be suiting up in red and black at Mineral Resources Park and hopefully he comes to his senses and dumps that useless manager that EF probably set him up with and puts pen ? to paper and signs on for another 2 or 3 years.
Or has he already signed a contract to play for your lot beyond this year? All will be revealed but if he has then decides he wants to stay that will end up another post season disaster.
You are the big losers, massive losers because you put so much focus into this you took your eye off the ball and gained next to fuck all in terms if recruiting, meanwhile my club got on with the job, business as usual and a very active off season bringing in a number of players with experience who were available and ELIGIBLE for a transfer and while granting a couple of players their wish to seek further opportunities elsewhere without the drama because they were either eligible for a transfer or in the NOT REQUIRED category.
Clearly Perth Football Club wins hands down. Your club needs to get that massive chip off it’s shoulder.
