Will get an idea of gains & losses when training starts for Whitfords later this month, as yet nothing to report.
Let’s hope A grade gets some decent banter this year from all clubs. Was a bit boring on the old site.
Rumour has it some North Beach players are going to play in the country in 2013.
Heard the same about a few Whitford boys chasing more money than Whitfords can offer at Baldivis.
No money at Whitfords hence why they left. The whole paid players issue has been done to death. Surely there are other things that can be talked about.
Only one club has been found guilty of paying players, until this changes lets just move on.

Most clubs should be back on the track now. TA’s back on the track last week I believe and Maddo has also started with 3 sessions a week. Word is that the majority of TA’s league squad is back for 2013. Maddo may get Robbie Davis back if Leon doesnt play at Perth. Wonder if Leon could end up at Maddo this year under Blackwell.
Any updates at North Beach, Collegians, Swan Athletic, etc.
Neither will be playing for Maddo, we have picked up some handy players though.

Not at this stage.
I have missed a few sessions but was told last night we have had 35 colts thorugh pre season (with about 20 training last night) Another 10 or so playing still to show.
Looking positive for colts in season 2013.
Good news. Who is coaching your colts this year - Derek Kickett? Or are you reverting back to players within your club coaching like that young asian lad from a few years back?
One would assume some of your colts will play league this year, as some of them were playing league last year from memory.
Steve Hadland is coaching , has coached the boys through jrns.
His assistant was last years Thornlie 17’s coach who has also brought some players with him.
All positive at this stage , but as we know with colts , long way to go.

2 players have left to go to Baldivis.
Expect a fit and firing North Beach in the early rounds of the season. No easing into it like previous years I hear.
