From what I have seen and read … Mitch Banner is a real goer and gets plenty of the pill , Reece Adams may have rediscovered the bite & skill he has , Gillespie & Saunders in the same forward 50 can cause headaches but it may take time for gel , haven’t seen Monaco as yet but he can play I’ve seen that and it hurt last year in one derby , White has been outstanding already and will be an onfield coach of undescribable value , McCarrey will be a key & Bairstow will be forced to carry a bit this year to help out Milly & Cooky in the guts … the need to blood the best colts is vital and must be done every week if possible.
All in all - I’m looking forward to the big transition phase , possibly a top up recruit into the mix at some stage maybe???
Just wanted to touch on one subject as well … I feel for Claremont in regard to losing players to other clubs like SF … but it is a part of footy sadly and they must be credited for producing many fine players that cannot fit into one squad … it needs to be acknowledged!
