2013 Federal election

Just heard on radio - 2013 election to be held Sat 14th September…bring it on please!!

I think your average middle class wage earner including public servants, nurses, teachers, office workers, cashed up bogans, tradies, miners etc will all cop it in the neck between now and then to help pay for the extravagant schemes such as NDIS, Gonski, increases in defence spending, asylum seekers this government has announced which so far are all unfunded.

Gillard is big on ideas and rhetoric but not so great on how we’re going to pay for it all given we’re already $200 billion in debt.

September should be left to Finals footy only, not elections…but in saying that would be nice to see that liar removed…permanently!

BC, at least she has some policies, the THUG has absolutely NUFIN except to say NO to everything!!!

No choice really ,can’t stand either of them, will probably cast a protest vote (blank) again!!

mate…Abbott is not in government so why would he announce coalition policies yeasr out from the next election? I think you’ll see a whole raft of policies being released by the Libs as the election gets closer…whether they’re any good or not remains to be seen but what can be almost guaranteed based on previous Lib govts is that the coalition will have us back in surplus and paying back our national debt well before Labor.

Exactly mate! The early call is going to show him and his mates up, and lets see them try and say no, no. no now all the time! Funny how whining Pyne was saying he would try to increase question time by an extra half hour if the libs got in..well last year they never asked any Q`s on policy all they did was try to block preceedings with votes of no confidence etc etc. They never asked 1 legit Q..The Aust people might just get tired of his tactics

And listening to those Wankers complain about it being on holy Jewish day makes me feel sick! SO WHAT are we in Israel or Aust? Plus they never vote anyway on the day as Sat is their sabbath..Sat is my Sabbath too= at the WAFL!

Thank goodness for that, the election cannot come fast enough.

That idiot Gillard calling the longest election campaign in history to get rid of the worst government in history!

Bye Bye JulIAR!

yeah but forget the defence spending the labor party always stuff up the armed forces, they have already cut them to threads and expect more cuts to come.

I’m with Jim on this.

In fact, I’m not going to vote at all.

If they don’t like my reasons, I’ll pay the fine.

Least there is now an end date to the comedy show we currently have. Absolute shambles this mob. But the future has an upside. September 15 this year Julia is moving house.

Why do people keep calling on Abbott and the Libs to provide an alternative? They are not in government, they will provide them when it is their turn.
It is their job to oppose and keep the current government somewhat honest. They do not have to provide any alternative at all.
They keep saying no because everything the current comedy club does is a joke.
They know they will have to clean up the mess again so they try and keep the mess to a minimum. Unfortunately this time the mess might be bloody huge.
But they have cleaned up huge ones before as well.
Bring on September 14th, biggest landslide in political history.

One should consider the cause of our current national debt before deciding if paying it back so fast is such a great idea. The Libs will (just as Labor want to) because sadly it is a political brownie point to do so and as always it overlooks more serious problems.

And btw who is going to pay for that? Us in WA of course.

yeah I agree , its call the federal OPPOSITION, they are supposed to OPPOSE not support the Govt thats their job.

and besides they have come up with policies, I cant remember Rudd doing anything at all when he was in opposition.

As the saying goes Oppositions dont win Elections Governments lose them..

and this one should get the Boot in September…and good riddance, this experiment with minority government has been complete fiasco. Lets get a real result this time.

Bullshit! They are the Alternative Govt and should provide alternatives, so far we have ZERO!

blah blah blah SD you will just put up your prices.

I wish you luck over the next few months mate fighting on behalf of Juliar and what do you call it"the rank and file" who you havent been a member of for a long time, actually I would go as far as saying you have never been a member of any union due to the fact you have to pay fees.

Good luck anyway.

Monica !!! yep, insert her into the election so to speak and that would cause some fun and games…maybe she could give us a display of what the first bloke was talking about yesterday even if she’s not Asian or a doctor… oh, sorry…you meant moniker…bugger.

Thats the rub. They wont even need to put up alternatives to win your mob is sooooooo far behind.

I love watching you squirm
